OTR Driver Needed for US Express - Class A License

US Express is seeking dedicated and experienced OTR Drivers with a CDL A license to join our growing team!

As an OTR Driver for US Express, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting goods across the country. You will have the opportunity to travel to different states and explore new cities while earning a competitive salary and benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

- Safely and efficiently operate a commercial motor vehicle to transport goods from one location to another

- Follow all rules and regulations set by the Department of Transportation (DOT) and company policies

- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in proper working condition

- Load and unload goods according to load securement standards

- Communicate with dispatch team and customers to provide updates on delivery status

- Maintain accurate records of hours of service, fuel, and delivery logs

- Maintain a clean and organized truck, including performing basic maintenance and inspections

Qualifications:

- Valid Class A CDL license

- Minimum of 3 months of OTR driving experience

- Clean driving record with no traffic violations or accidents in the past 3 years

- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions

- Willingness to travel and stay on the road for extended periods of time

- Must be physically capable of sitting, standing, and bending for long periods of time and lifting up to 50 pounds
