 Job Overview
We are seeking a Licensed and highly skilled Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate needs to have a solid background in marine maintenance and repair, with expertise in diagnosing and fixing mechanical issues. This role requires an individual who can work independently as well as part of a team and complete tasks efficiently. 

Requirements

Duties:

• Perform routine maintenance on outboards.
• Ability to troubleshoot and repair marine outboard engines.
• Read and interpret schematics to understand the layout of systems.
• Complete work orders, including parts request of boats and engines to identify issues that require attention.
• Manage and complete small and large projects independently.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace while adhering to safety protocols.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Must have a valid U.S. Driver’s License as travel for Mobile Service is required.
• Required Yamaha certification; however, sufficient experience with no certification may be considered
• Repower vessels and replace existing engine systems.
• Experience with general marine systems: electrical, water, plumbing, running gear, electronics etc.
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in confined spaces
• Must be reliable, have excellent communication skills, able to take direction and solve problems
• Familiarity with marine-specific tools and diagnostic equipment.
