Hours: Monday – Saturday with open availability from 2 PM-10 PM EST.
Salary: $14.25
Benefits: Available after 60 days for full-time employees

Summary of Position:
We are looking for on-site Appointment Setting-oriented service representatives who provide high-level customer service solutions to all customers/clients daily. Make consistent outbound and inbound calls specific to each program or project you are assigned, using the tools provided by AnswerNet and the client to properly document all customer interactions, while maintaining a sense of integrity regarding both the company and the customer while adhering to all company policies and procedures.
Job Duties / Responsibilities / Essential Functions:
Typing
Data capture and entry
Dispatching inspectors
Maintaining a working knowledge of campaign products, services, and promotions
Required Knowledge /Skills / Abilities / Qualifications:
A clear, professional, and friendly voice
High-Level People Skills, Active Listening Skills, and Strong Communication Skills
Must be able to route inspectors to inspection sites
Appointment setting experience is preferred
Outstanding attendance and punctuality
High School diploma or GED
Intermediate computer skills with the ability to multi-task through multiple systems
Experience in an Outbound environment
Environmental / Physical / Mental Demands
Ability and willingness to sit at a desk for the length of your scheduled shift
Ability and willingness to type on a computer
Ability and willingness to view and read a computer screen for the length of your scheduled shift
Ability and willingness to speak with clients and internal employees via telephone or e-mail
