Position Overview: As an Outbound Call Center Agent, your goal is going to be to engage in professional and persuasive conversations with potential customers to promote home improvement services.

Pay: $16/hr.

Location: Nashville, TN

Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound Calling: Initiate outbound calls to warm leads provided by the company, engaging in professional and persuasive conversations to promote home improvement services.
• Qualification and Needs Assessment: Effectively qualify leads by conducting needs assessments to understand their home improvement requirements, preferences, and budget constraints.
• Appointment Scheduling: Skillfully schedule appointments for qualified leads with our sales representatives, ensuring accurate documentation of appointment details and timely follow-up.
• Relationship Building: Build rapport with potential customers through active listening and empathetic communication, addressing their inquiries and concerns to foster trust and confidence in our services.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of call center experience
• 1+ years of sales experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
