Outbound Freezer Order Selector

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A WAREHOUSE FREEZER ORDER SELECTOR The position is 3rd shift, Sunday through Thursday starting at 6pm. You are responsible for filling customer orders in a safe, productive, and accurate manner. Products are hand-selected in a freezer environment and strategically placed on pallets that are eventually loaded onto our fleet of trucks (not a pick and pack process). Freezer suit and gloves provided.

JOB DETAILS:

• Base Pay at $24 per hour in 90-day training period.


• Opportunity to earn a $1500 training bonus incentive paid out after successful completion of the first 90 days based on performance metrics and continued employment.


• Activity Based Compensation after training making $25-$30 per hour!


• Sunday – Thursday night schedule, start @ 7pm until work is complete


• $200 per month Attendance bonus!


• Weekly Error bonus starts immediately. Make up to an additional $800 per month for zero errors


• Freezer temp at 0 degrees


• Weekly pay!

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must have the ability to utilize RF scanners for loading and closing when completed.


• Must be able to work in temperature-controlled environment


• Pallet jack experience is required, and stand-up forklift experience is a plus


• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds frequently and up to 80 pounds infrequently


• The successful candidate must demonstrate time management skills, attention to detail and the ability to organize multiple priorities.
