Outbound Lead Specialist

The Farmers Insurance - Jennifer Keesler Agency in Corunna is looking for a motivated and dependable Outbound Lead Specialist to support our business development efforts. This role is focused on high-volume outbound outreach to prospective customers, generating qualified opportunities and setting the stage for our sales team to close.

If you’re comfortable on the phone, driven by activity goals, and looking for a role where your effort directly fuels agency growth, this is a strong entry point into the insurance and sales industry.

This will be a part-time role with the option to promote to full-time.

What You’ll Do

• Make 50 to 75 outbound calls per day to warm and aged leads

• Follow call scripts and outreach guidelines while maintaining a natural, professional conversation

• Identify interest and basic qualification for insurance needs

• Accurately document call activity and notes in our system

• Schedule follow-ups or transfer qualified opportunities to the business development team

• Maintain consistent daily activity and performance standards

This role does not require closing sales. Your focus is generating qualified conversations and opportunities.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication skills and confidence on the phone

• Comfortable handling rejection and staying productive throughout the day

• Reliable, self-motivated, and coachable

• Basic computer skills and attention to detail

• Prior call center, customer service, or sales experience is helpful, but not required
