Outbound Outreach Specialist

Job Overview:

We are looking for an energetic and outgoing Outbound Sales Specialist to promote our pool service and repair offerings through phone outreach, email campaigns, and door-to-door sales. This is a client-facing role focused on driving new business through proactive engagement with residential and commercial property owners. Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound sales through phone calls, emails, and in-person door-to-door visits within assigned neighborhoods or service areas.
• Educate homeowners, property managers, and commercial clients about our weekly pool cleaning, repair, and equipment upgrade services.
• Identify potential customers, explain service benefits, and offer on-site estimates or schedule consultations.
• Follow up with leads generated from referrals, canvassing, online inquiries, and marketing campaigns.
• Maintain a strong understanding of seasonal service needs and pool-related products (filters, pumps, automation, etc.).
• Keep accurate records of leads, appointments, and interactions using our CRM system.
• Hit or exceed monthly sales goals for new service sign-ups and closed repairs.
• Collaborate closely with service technicians to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.

Required

• Previous experience in door-to-door sales, outbound telesales, or in-person customer engagement.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, professional appearance.
• High energy, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently in the field.
• Able to walk neighborhoods, handle weather conditions, and maintain a positive attitude.
• Basic understanding of pool systems or willingness to learn.
• Proficient in CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot) and follow-up techniques.
• High school diploma or GED required.

Preferred

• Comfortable explaining technical services such as pump repairs, filter cleanings, and automation upgrades to non-experts.
• Prior knowledge of pool maintenance, repair, or the home service industry.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g. HubSpot) is a plus.
• Familiarity with local residential areas or neighborhoods is beneficial.
