Work Setup: Hybrid (Full-time)
Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM (PKT)
Location Preference: Lahore-based candidates preferred
Experience Required: 1–3 years
Budget: PKR 150,000 – 200,000 per month

Role Overview

You will own and execute outbound email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns to drive leads, conversations, and opportunities. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role centered on strong messaging, consistent follow-through, and measurable business impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage outbound email and LinkedIn campaigns

  • Research prospects and segment target audiences

  • Write, test, and iterate outreach messaging and copy

  • Track responses, conversions, and performance metrics

  • Collaborate with sales and growth teams to improve outreach outcomes

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in outbound sales, lead generation, or outreach
  • Strong copywriting and messaging skills

  • Hands-on experience with tools such as Apollo, Lemlist, Instantly, or similar
  • Understanding of B2B or creator-focused outreach workflows

  • Data-driven mindset with strong ownership and follow-through
