What You'll Do:

• Make outbound calls to customers to follow up on inquiries and provide product information.
• Build trust and rapport by understanding customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
• Document interactions accurately to keep track of customer feedback and engagement milestones.
• Collaborate with your team to share insights and strategies that enhance the customer experience.
• Be a proactive problem solver, addressing customer concerns with confidence and empathy.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1-2 years of experience in outbound customer service or sale is a plus.
• Outstanding communication skills that show your ability to connect with customers.
• Strong listening skills and a genuine interest in helping others.
• Proficiency with computer technology and ability to multitask across different software systems.
• Ability to work independently while contributing positively to team dynamics.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment where you thrive under pressure and adapt quickly to change.
