Location:

Remote working is embraced here at Ideatek. This role offers work location flexibility with the option to work in Buhler, KS, Southwest KS, or Wichita, KS.

Opportunity:

Are you a go-getter? Do you enjoy interacting with and helping people? If so, this could be the opportunity you are looking for! Ideatek is seeking a self motivated, creative, accurate, and resourceful individual to join our team. The Outbound Sales Representative will help potential customers realize the value in Ideatek services, building long lasting mutually beneficial relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a positive first impression of Ideatek. Form positive relationships and deliver the message of internet freedom.
  • Make outbound inquiries using sales techniques such as identifying the objection, working around the objection, building value and upselling Ideatek’s products by understanding their needs (challenges, goals, e.g.). Identify solutions that potential customers would benefit from
  • Take cancellation requests and provide solutions for retention
  • Create a remarkable experience - presenting solutions that meet and exceed their needs
  • Understand and effectively communicate services.

Requirements

Experience/Knowledge Required:

  • 2+ years experience in sales or call centers
  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work flexible hours to meet customers needs
  • Some evenings, alternate hours and weekends may be required

Preferences:

  • 4+ years experience working in sales
  • General knowledge of telecommunications services (i.e., internet, wireless, phone systems)
