21st Century Equipment LLC is hiring a driven Outbound Sales Representative to support our sales, parts, and service teams by engaging customers, generating leads, and promoting dealership offerings. Responsibilities

As a Outbound Sales Representative, you will:

• Make 80-100 outbound calls daily to past customers, current customers, and new prospects


• Follow up on leads from the website, marketing campaigns, trade shows, and sales requests


• Ask qualifying questions to understand customer equipment and service needs


• Route qualified leads to the appropriate sales or service team


• Schedule appointments or equipment demonstrations


• Promote parts specials, service programs, and seasonal offers


• Maintain accurate notes and lead status updates in the CRM


• Meet daily and weekly performance metrics


• Provide professional, customer‑focused communication


• Stay current on John Deere agricultural equipment used in the region

Requirements

• Strong communication and customer service skills


• Ability to learn equipment features, attachments, maintenance programs, and financing options


• Competent with computers and CRM systems


• Ability to professionally handle customer objections


• Willingness to work flexible hours, including some weekends


• High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications:

• Telemarketing, customer service, or sales experience


• Experience in agriculture, equipment, construction, or heavy machinery


• Familiarity with John Deere equipment

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit, stand, or move for extended periods


• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs


• Ability to safely mount and dismount equipment when needed
