You’ll connect with homeowners who have already expressed interest in our products, build rapport, and schedule appointments for our Design Consultants. We provide the leads. You bring the energy, persistence, and personality.

What You'll Do

Make outbound calls to warm leads

Build rapport and understand customer needs

Overcome objections and re-engage interested homeowners

Schedule appointments for our Design Consultants

Meet individual and team performance goals

What We're Looking For

Confident and comfortable on the phone

Positive, competitive, and motivated by results

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Resilient when hearing "not interested"

Coachable and eager to learn

Sales, call center, or customer service experience is a plus
