Responsibilities:

• Consultative Selling: Employ expert consultative selling techniques to understand member needs and tailor travel packages accordingly.


• Outbound Sales: Proactively reach out to members to introduce exclusive offers and build lasting relationships.


• Performance-Driven: Achieve and surpass monthly sales goals and key performance indicators.


• Product Expertise: Become a trusted advisor by developing in-depth knowledge of our travel products and services.


• Member Satisfaction: Provide exceptional customer service throughout the booking process and beyond.


• Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to achieve shared goals and foster a positive team environment.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of successful sales experience


• Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas


• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment


• Passion for travel and a desire to create unforgettable experiences

What We Offer:

• Uncapped Earning Potential: Competitive base salary plus generous commission and bonus structure.


• First-Year Earnings: $75,000 with potential to exceed $100,000 in your second year.  Hourly base plus unlimited commissions.
