Salary : $75,000 + DOE (Base Salary + Commission)

Stand Strong Fencing is expanding, and we're looking for driven, goal-oriented Sales Consultants to join our team in St. Charles, MO. We provide high-quality fencing solutions to residential and commercial customers, backed by excellent service and a strong local reputation.

What You'll Do

· Conduct in-person sales consultations with residential and commercial customers

· Manage and confirm scheduled appointments

· Generate new leads through door-to-door outreach, local networking, and referrals

· Present fence products and services, create estimates, and close sales

· Build product knowledge to provide expert recommendations

· Track all sales activity and client communication in the CRM system

· Collaborate with installation teams to ensure project success

· Maintain a polished, professional appearance and provide top-tier customer service

What We’re Looking For

· Prior experience in outside sales, home improvement, or performance-based roles

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Comfortable with outdoor work and direct customer engagement (including door-to-door)

· Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

· Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

· Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
