Pay & Benefits

• $23.00–$25.00 per hour to start, depending on experience


• 40 hours of PTO after 90 days


• Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance starting as low as $15/week


• Monday–Friday schedule with overtime and Saturdays as needed


• Hours: 6:45 a.m. – 3:45 p.m.

What You'll Do

• Work indoors and outdoors year-round dismantling and recycling electrical equipment


• Use oxy-fuel torches and industrial tools to dismantle transformers


• Sort and separate ferrous and non-ferrous metals


• Operate forklifts, telehandlers, and other material-handling equipment


• Safely move heavy materials throughout the facility


• Follow all safety procedures in a fast-paced industrial environment

Required Experience

• 2+ years of outdoor construction, demolition, or similar physically demanding work


• 1+ year of oxy-fuel torch cutting experience


• 2+ years operating heavy equipment such as telehandlers, cranes, or excavators


• 5+ years of forklift operating experience

Preferred Experience

• Scrap yard or metal recycling experience


• Experience identifying and sorting ferrous and non-ferrous metals

Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to safely lift, carry, and handle heavy materials throughout the shift


• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to safety


• Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred


• Must successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen, physical, and background check
