Job Description - Outpatient Family Medicine Physician | 75K Sign On | Loan Repayment | Northwestern Pennsylvania | $

Healthcare United is seeking an Outpatient Family Medicine Physician to join a well established and growing primary care network in Northwestern Pennsylvania. This position offers 100 percent outpatient care with a collaborative team based environment supported by advanced practice providers and a large specialty network. Physicians will benefit from strong patient demand modern EMR integration and access to system wide resources. This opportunity provides excellent work life balance and long term career stability

• Join an established primary care team with strong referral support

• 100 percent outpatient practice with shared call rotation

• Collaborate with advanced practice providers in a team based setting

• Provide comprehensive primary care including preventative services chronic disease management and acute care

• Utilize integrated EMR system for efficient patient care

• Access full specialty network and hospital resources

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

• Manage a growing patient panel with strong community demand

Requirements

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine

• Eligible for Pennsylvania medical licensure

• Active DEA license or ability to obtain

• Strong clinical skills in outpatient primary care

• Ability to work within a collaborative team based environment

• Commitment to patient centered care
