Location: East Central Illinois (Mattoon Charleston Area)

Role Type: Outpatient Neurology

Compensation: $425,000 Base + RVU Bonus + $75,000 Sign -On + $60,000 Retention + Quality Bonus up to 10%

Job Description:

Healthcare United is seeking an Outpatient Neurologist to join a well -supported and growing neurology program in East Central Illinois. This position is 100% outpatient with no after -hours call and offers a highly collaborative environment with strong subspecialty and APP support. The clinic is conveniently located within the hospital, allowing for seamless access to inpatient consults if desired.

Join an established neurology team including neurohospitalists, APPs, and EMG support

100% outpatient neurology practice with no after -hours call

Clinic located within the hospital for streamlined workflow

Opportunity to focus on general neurology in a supportive setting

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care

Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation

Participate in quality improvement initiatives

Requirements

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurology

Eligible for Illinois medical licensure

Strong clinical skills in general neurology

Ability to work within a collaborative, team -based environment

Commitment to patient -centered care

Benefits

$425,000 base salary with RVU -based bonus structure

$75,000 sign -on bonus

$60,000 retention bonus paid over multiple years

Quality bonus up to 10% of base salary

33 days of paid time off

CME allowance with dedicated CME days

No after -hours call
