Job Description - Outpatient Pelvic Health Physical Therapist

Description

Join Mountain Land Physical Therapy in Layton, UT!

We’re seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our Layton team as a outpatient orthopedic therapist with an interest to grow a Pelvic Health program and become part of our leading, therapist-owned outpatient clinic. With nearly 69 outpatient facilities and dozens of specialties, Mountain Land therapists treat over 55,000 patients annually.

Nestled between Utah Lake and the Wasatch Mountains, Provo offers stunning views and easy access to outdoor activities where you can enjoy each season with opportunities for snow sports in winter and lake activities in summer. Compared to other tech hubs, Provo offers relatively affordable housing and living expenses in a family-friendly environment.

Why Choose Us?

  • Competitive Salary: Staff PT wages range from $77,000 - $110,000/year. Top earners benefit from an achievement-driven compensation model that rewards clinical excellence and quality care, offering greater earning potential.
  • Tuition Reimbursement: Get up to $5,250 annually for student loan repayment assistance.
  • Less Time Documenting: Our providers report an increased work-life balance through an AI-driven, HIPAA compliant platform designed to streamline documentation, reducing the time spent on administrative tasks by up to 40%. We work smart, support each other, and respect personal time—because great care starts with a great team.
  • Ownership and Growth Opportunities: Join our Director Pathway which teaches you how to manage an outpatient clinic. Being a director comes with a pay increase and ownership opportunity in the clinic you manage. If becoming a director isn't your goal, you can also join our Clinical Excellence Pathway or Residency Program to elevate your clinical skills.
  • Outstanding Benefits: Enjoy medical, dental, vision, life insurance, 401k, 22-27 paid days off per year, gym membership incentives, $1,500–$2,000 in continuing education support and an additional 2 days of paid days off to attend continuing education.
  • Sign-On Bonus: Mountain Land will cover any costs for you to get the pelvic floor licensure. If you are already certified, level 1 pelvic health certification will receive a $5,000 sign-on bonus, and level 2 pelvic health certification will receive a $10,000 sign-on bonus.
  • Mentorship: Along with the $1,500 to complete pelvic health continuing education, you will receive mentorship under the supervision of Madison Splan, PT, WCS, as well as our Director of Clinical Excellence.

Role Details:

  • Caseload: A diverse outpatient caseload with an average of 12 patients daily. Many of your patients will be general outpatient orthopedics during the growth progress of the Pelvic Health program.
  • Innovative Care Plans: Utilize your creativity to design personalized exercise plans for each patient. Whether developing cutting-edge strategies for athletes returning to their sport or crafting tailored routines for seniors aiming to enjoy longer walks with their grandchildren, you’ll have the freedom to innovate and adapt treatments to meet diverse needs.
  • Collaboration: You will work closely with other therapists in the clinic, as well as external medical providers in the region to ensure the patient is getting the necessary care to reach their goals.
