Outpatient Physical Therapist, NC | 1:1 Patient Focus

Who We Are

We're a 100% PT-owned, freestanding physical therapy practice, free from corporate constraints and focused entirely on our patients. Our clinical approach prioritizes in-depth care, currently scheduling at least 45 minutes of one-on-one time per patient. We're a tight-knit team, anchored in trust and shared purpose, and we believe in an integrative approach to wellness, offering access to other therapies like massage, counseling, and nutrition.

What You'll Do

• Provide exceptional, patient-centered care, maximizing your dedicated one-on-one time with each individual.
• Maintain high standards of evidence-based practice and contribute to a culture of clinical excellence.
• Actively participate in a positive, team-oriented environment, collaborating with colleagues to enhance patient care and clinic operations.
• Engage in ongoing learning and contribute to the collective knowledge of our team.
• Help foster a supportive atmosphere where both patients and staff feel empowered and heard.

What We're Looking For

• A North Carolina licensed physical therapist with strong outpatient experience.
• A collaborative spirit and a genuine desire to help others.
• An eagerness to learn, grow, and challenge yourself within a supportive team.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• A joyful presence, even on the hard days.
• Dry Needling Certified or willing to get certified upon hire (a plus!).
