Compensation

• Base Salary: $93,000–$105,000 (DOE)

• Monthly performance bonuses (up to $12,000 annually)

• $5,000 Bring-a-Friend Bonus (each PT receives $5K)

What You’ll Do

• Evaluate and treat orthopedic, neurological, and post-operative patients

• Develop customized treatment plans using evidence-based practices

• Utilize digital health and data tracking tools

• Document efficiently using voice dictation software

• Collaborate with PTAs and support staff

• Educate patients and families on recovery plans

Qualifications

• Active (or eligible) Idaho Physical Therapist license

• Current CPR certification

• Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills

• Open to new graduates and experienced PTs
