Valir Outpatient, proudly part of the H2 Health team, is looking for passionate and driven Physical Therapists (PTs) or Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) to join our growing outpatient team. What You’ll Do:

• Evaluate and treat patients with a wide range of conditions in an outpatient setting
   
• Create customized therapy plans to meet functional goals
   
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver top-tier care
   
• Educate and empower patients on their recovery journey
   

What We’re Looking For:

• Licensed Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of Oklahoma.
   
• Passion for helping others and a positive, team-first attitude
   
• Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
