Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and empathetic Outpatient Therapist with a valid LICSW, LPC, or LMFT licensure to join our team. In this role, you will provide psychotherapy, case management, diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, and discharge planning to clients in an outpatient setting. This is a full-time, Monday-Friday position, offering a stable and supportive work environment for professionals passionate about making a difference in mental health care.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct individual and/or family therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to clients’ needs.
Perform comprehensive diagnostic assessments and create personalized treatment plans.
Develop, implement, and adjust treatment plans as necessary to support client goals and progress.
Provide case management services, including coordinating care with other providers and community resources.
Plan for and manage discharge processes, including aftercare recommendations and referrals to ensure clients receive ongoing support.
Monitor client progress and document treatment updates, maintaining accurate and timely records.
Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to ensure cohesive and high-quality client care.
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or related field.
Active and valid licensure as LICSW, LPC, or LMFT in Alabama or ability to attain license.
Proven experience in outpatient therapy, including diagnostic skills, treatment planning, case management, and discharge planning.
Proficiency in using therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, EMDR, or other relevant approaches.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage clients effectively.

Requirements
Education
Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related field.
Experience
Prior experience in providing mental health counseling services within a clinical setting
License
Current licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or
