We are hiring a full-time Outpatient Therapists to provide therapy services to children, adolescents, adults, and families across community settings. This role includes conducting comprehensive mental health assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based individual, family, and group therapy. Ideal candidates are Medicaid-approved providers and eligible to join private insurance panels. Flexibility to serve clients in-office, at home, and in the community is essential.
What You’ll Do
Conduct mental health assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to each client.
Provide individual, family, and group psychotherapy using goal-specific, evidence-based interventions.
Deliver urgent care and crisis intervention as needed.
Collaborate with clinical team members, primary care providers, and external partners to coordinate integrative care.
Complete documentation within 24 hours of service delivery.
Participate in clinical supervision, staff development, and quality assurance activities.
Manage insurance panels and ensure practice compliance with departmental guidelines.
Assess client progress and coordinate additional supports and resources as necessary.

Who We’re Looking For
You are a passionate, adaptable clinician with a strong foundation in mental health care and a desire to work in diverse environments. You’re confident providing therapy in homes, communities, or office settings, and value both independent and team-based work.
Required Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related service field
2 years of post-master’s clinical experience in mental health
Experience with children, adolescents, and adults with DSM-V diagnoses
Strong documentation and treatment planning skills
Ability to work across various settings (office, home, community)
Basic computer skills and EHR experience
Licensure (Preferred):
LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT, LCAS
Associate-level licenses (LCSWA, LCMHCA, LMFTA, LCASA) accepted with supervision contract
Key Competencies
Strong assessment, diagnostic, and treatment planning skills
Crisis intervention and cognitive behavioral therapy (minimum 2 years’ experience)
Effective communication and collaboration skills
Organizational skills and ability to manage multiple responsibilities
Empathy, cultural competence, and a client-centered mindset
Ability to work independently and under pressure
Familiarity with pragmatic family therapy models and system-based interventions
