Job Description - Outpatient Therapist (Per diem)

Enspire Consulting Group is looking to hire a Part-Time (per diem) Outpatient Therapist to join our team. The Outpatient Therapist will provide individual, family and/or group therapy to children, adolescents and adults. The Outpatient Therapist’s main objective is to assist the individual in gaining independence and managing mental health and/or behavioral needs.

Summary of Essential Position Functions

Provides direct therapeutic counseling services to children, adolescents and adults with a variety of mental health and/or behavioral diagnoses.

Completes clinical documentation and reports including contact notes, treatment plans, client outcome questionnaires, discharge summaries, and intake assessments as needed.

Provide ongoing measurement of individual outcomes and evaluation of intervention effectiveness.

Provides case consultation with community services, mental health therapists, and family, as appropriate.

Perform other duties and projects as assigned by the supervisor.

Qualifications:

This position requires individuals that are client focused; team oriented; great interpersonal and communication skills; dependable; problem solving skills; organizational skills; focused on compliance and performance quality. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.

Education and/or Experience:

New Jersey License (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) (Preferred)

Knowledge of mental health systems and community resources

Location: On-site/In-person

Compensation:

Licensed: $60 to $70 per hour

Not licensed: $50-$60 per hour

Job Type: Contract

Work Location: In person

Compensation: $50.00 - $70.00 per hour
