Enspire Consulting Group is looking to hire a Part-Time (per diem) Outpatient Therapist to join our team. The Outpatient Therapist will provide individual, family and/or group therapy to children, adolescents and adults. The Outpatient Therapist’s main objective is to assist the individual in gaining independence and managing mental health and/or behavioral needs.
Summary of Essential Position Functions
- Provides direct therapeutic counseling services to children, adolescents and adults with a variety of mental health and/or behavioral diagnoses.
- Completes clinical documentation and reports including contact notes, treatment plans, client outcome questionnaires, discharge summaries, and intake assessments as needed.
- Provide ongoing measurement of individual outcomes and evaluation of intervention effectiveness.
- Provides case consultation with community services, mental health therapists, and family, as appropriate.
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:

Education and/or Experience:
- New Jersey License (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) (Preferred)
- Knowledge of mental health systems and community resources
Location: On-site/In-person
Compensation:
- Licensed: $60 to $70 per hour
- Not licensed: $50-$60 per hour
