Competitive Compensation: Full-time clinicians receive an hourly rate with a focus on a manageable 65% direct service ratio, averaging 26 client sessions per week (approximately 5 per day).
Flexible Part-Time Opportunities: Fee-for-Service (FFS) positions are available with a minimum of 10 hours per week at $50 per billable hour.

Requirements
Requirements of the Outpatient Therapy (OPT) Clinician:
Masters in social work or counseling required.
Licensed in the state of Maine as a Clinical Social Worker or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor preferred or Clinical Conditional (LMSW-CC or LCPC-C) required .
Ability to pass comprehensive background check, and a current, valid Maine Driver's License (within 30 days of hire if applicant is from out-of-state) and record acceptable to AWS and the Agency's auto insurance carrier.
Current proof of personal auto insurance.
Minimum of 1 year’s experience with integrated healthcare and substance use treatment preferred.
Proficient in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Zoom, EHR software, and other agency utilized computer programs.
Ability to travel to the main office in Biddeford for occasional training or company events.
Qualifications of the Outpatient Therapy (OPT) Clinician:
Ability to maintain a flexible work schedule in accordance with employee, client, and programmatic needs.
Possesses strong and diverse clinical knowledge, including fluency in recovery-oriented services, trauma informed care, motivational interviewing, and the treatment of co-occurring disorders, along with a solid understanding of the principles of harm reduction.
Demonstrated experience in developing successful relationships with key work partners.
