Outpatient Therapist at Penn Psychiatric Center

What You’ll Do:

• Provide individual and group therapy in an outpatient setting.
• Develop and implement personalized, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each client’s needs and goals.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive, coordinated care.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with professional and regulatory standards.

What We’re Looking For:

• Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field (licensure or license-eligible in PA preferred).
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of evidence-based treatment modalities.
• Exceptional communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
• A commitment to ongoing professional growth and quality client care.
