Outreach and Recruitment Coordinator - AOE International

Description

AOE International is a non-profit organization focused on community support and development, with a strong emphasis on workforce development and education. We partner with various organizations to address social needs, including poverty, access to resources, and educational opportunities.

Builds referral pipelines from community partners, coordinates public engagement, and supports awareness of Navigator services in equity-eligible communities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage community partnerships and referral networks
• Represent the Navigator program at events, job fairs, and public forums
• Implement marketing and outreach strategies (flyers, social media, etc.)
• Coordinate with CBOs, schools, and Navigators for targeted recruitment
• Track and report outreach metrics

  • Coordinate all outreach activities, including community-based recruitment, partnerships with Navigators, and applicant engagement. Oversees the enrollment process.

Requirements

Bachelor’s in Communications, Public Relations, or similar

Experience in outreach and stakeholder engagement

Ability to manage partnerships and digital presence.
