Outreach & Recruitment Specialist

The Outreach & Recruitment Specialist will enhance our company’s visibility in the ASD field and work to attract top talent. This role focuses on branding, marketing, and recruitment efforts to position our company as a leader in Diagnostic & ABA therapy services. The ideal candidate will have a passion for community engagement, social media marketing, and recruitment strategies tailored to behavioral health professionals.

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
• Experience with graphic design, and/or applications such as Canva, Figma as well as photo editing software.
• Experience with social media posts, marketing, and analytics.
• Experience in employer branding, marketing, or recruitment (preferably in healthcare or ABA therapy).
• Familiarity with the ABA industry and an understanding of RBT and BCBA roles is a plus.
• Strong communication and social media marketing skills.
• Ability to plan and execute events effectively.
• Creative mindset with an understanding of branding and outreach strategies.
• This role is ideal for someone who enjoys blending marketing with recruitment to attract passionate ABA professionals while strengthening the company’s presence in the field.
• Must have reliable transportation and be willing and able to travel up to 80% 
• Ability to lift and move boxes or equipment weighing up to 50 lbs
