Job Description - Outreach Coordinator

Description

Turabify Co. is seeking a passionate and proactive Outreach Coordinator to join our team in Franklin, OH. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing outreach strategies that promote our programs and increase community engagement. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including community organizations, local businesses, and residents, to raise awareness about our initiatives and encourage participation. Your responsibilities will include organizing community events, coordinating volunteer efforts, and managing communications to ensure effective outreach. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, a strong ability to multitask, and a commitment to our mission of making a positive impact in the community. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute outreach plans to promote Turabify Co.'s programs and initiatives.
  • Organize and coordinate community events, workshops, and informational sessions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with local organizations, businesses, and community members.
  • Manage social media accounts and create engaging content to increase visibility and engagement.
  • Recruit, train, and coordinate volunteers for outreach activities and events.
  • Collect and analyze feedback from the community to improve outreach efforts.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations to showcase outreach activities and outcomes.


Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, social work, community development, or a related field preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in community outreach, event planning, or public relations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to connect with diverse audiences.
  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and experience with online communication strategies.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Passion for community service and a desire to make a positive impact.
