As an

Outreach Coordinator , you will be accountable for various duties, primarily involving contacting provider offices, hospitals and healthcare facilities to arrange medical record retrieval appointments. Meeting daily productivity targets involves completing a minimum of 60 inbound/outbound calls each day, alongside attaining retrieval metrics. Additionally, documenting all call interactions in the database, encompassing updates, scheduling particulars and tracking assignment progress, is part of the role. Establishing and nurturing a positive relationship with the provider network is crucial. Upholding high-quality standards of 90% or above is imperative to excel in this position.

Outreach Coordinator Responsibilities :
Responsible for initiating contact and arranging appointments with provider offices, utilizing various retrieval methods such as mail, fax, electronic and field
Coordinate with field retrieval technicians to ensure timely completion of medical record appointments
Collaborate with onshore and offshore team members in India, the Philippines and the U.S. to exchange assignment information
Address provider inquiries by clarifying information and researching request updates
Provide support for inbound calls from provider offices and medical records technicians, including tasks such as preparing, sending and receiving correspondence both internally and externally
Maintain high productivity levels to meet project deadlines effectively
Resolve issues by clarifying concerns, conducting research and offering alternative solutions

Outreach Coordinator Requirements:
High School Diploma, Associate's, Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred, or equivalent relevant experience
Demonstrated proficiency in customer service and office/administrative tasks within a collaborative team setting
Familiarity with medical terminology and the ability to handle healthcare documentation confidentially, including adherence to regulations such as HIPAA and PHI
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite with intermediate expertise in Excel
