Outreach Coordinator - AOE International

Description

AOE International is a non-profit organization focused on community support and development, with a strong emphasis on workforce development and education. We partner with various organizations to address social needs, including poverty, access to resources, and educational opportunities.

The Outreach Coordinator is responsible for recruiting eligible participants from priority communities. Builds relationships with CBOs, schools, Navigators, and grassroots networks to ensure equity-aligned outreach.

Key Responsibilities:

· Implement a culturally competent outreach strategy.

· Attend community events, job fairs, and information sessions.

· Build partnerships with CBOs and Navigator grantees.

· Develop outreach materials and manage digital/social presence.

· Coordinate intake and information sessions with program staff.

Requirements

Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Communications, Social Work, or related field

Grassroots outreach experience

Culturally competent communication

Digital engagement skills
