Outreach Specialist

Description

Performance Systems Development (PSD) is seeking an Outreach Specialist to manage existing stakeholder accounts and to bring in new stakeholders. 

As an Outreach Specialist, you will:

· Engage and collaborate with stakeholders

· Educate and outreach 

· Develop and deploy marketing materials

· Conduct administrative and reporting tasks

· Travel regularly in the state of Wisconsin 

This position reports to the Program Manager and plays a key role in helping PSD achieve successful program implementation.

What You Bring

• High School Diploma or GED
• Aptitude in learning software and database tools.
• High level of attention to detail.
• Interpersonal Communication Skills a must, ability to communicate with results to a wide variety of backgrounds and education levels.
• Experience with construction, residential energy efficiency principles and measures and/or energy waste reduction programs preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.
• Exceptional communication and  stakeholder engagement abilities, with experience in building and maintaining successful partnerships.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions to improve program effectiveness.
• Familiarity with energy regulations, policies, and incentives is highly desirable.
• The ability and desire to learn new things and outside the box thinking is a must.
• Experience with public speaking and presentation skills.
• Customer Service Experience
• Project Management Experience
• Must live in the state of Wisconsin
   

Additional Details

• Physical Demands: Frequent use of the computer requires periods of sitting and close audio-visual concentration. Physical demands are minimal and typical of similar jobs in comparable organizations. Ability to drive in a car for long periods of time. Lift boxes of printer      paper size.
• Work Environment: Office work is performed in an open and collaborative environment both virtually and on location. A home office space is required. 
• Travel Requirements: Regular travel to meet with program participants and trade allies. Limited out of state travel. Total travel less than 90%.
