Outside Coordinator for the Fleet Department

What you’ll do:

o Mark Sale Cars, walk IN SALE vehicles once on spot to ensure approved work is complete and detail quality is up to client standards

o Follow up on IN SALE REDO list provided by Fleet / Lease Manager

o Ensure all vehicles are on spot, stickered, with work complete the day before sale

o Provide excellent customer service to clients

o Coordinates outside work with vendors, mechanics, and customers.

o Work revolving inventory, communicate with inside coordinator.

o Ensuring all units are in the correct locations Mechanic shop/ detail/ inop/ inventory

o Make sure all units have tracker and are working correctly.

o Work in a highly fast-paced environment efficiently

Requirements

Requirements:

· Education: High School Diploma or equivalent

· Skills: Should be highly organized, self motivated and self disciplined. Highly goal and customer service orientated. Computer proficient. Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.

· Must be at least 21 years of age

· Must possess a valid driver’s license. Strong written and verbal communication skills.

· Organized self-starter, highly motivated to achieve

Work undependably as well as with a team

A Plus know how to drive a standard vehicle/use a jump box/some mechanical knowledge

· Environment: The environment of the Fleet Lease Staff involves working outside of the office for the majority of the time. Those working in this position are subject to temperature changes, all types of weather conditions, elevated noise levels and at times fumes and odors associated with vehicle exhaust at times
