Outside Parts Sales Representative

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in identifying and selecting the appropriate truck parts and accessories
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, including order entry and invoicing
• Maintain a thorough knowledge of Freightliner products, parts catalogues, and inventory
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and offering technical advice
• Manage inventory levels, restock parts, and ensure the showroom and storage areas are organized
• Collaborate with service technicians and other departments to fulfill customer needs
• Promote parts sales through upselling and cross-selling strategies
• Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions

 Skills and Qualifications:

• Previous experience in automotive or truck parts sales preferred
• Strong knowledge of Freightliner trucks and parts is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Basic computer skills, including familiarity with inventory management and point-of-sale systems
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Valid driver’s license
