Ideal Candidate:

Previous experience in B2B sales, parts sales, counter sales, parts distribution, industrial distribution, hose and hydraulic is highly desired but not required

You excel in a hunter role, proactively seeking new business.

You build strong relationships and convert leads into long-term customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Lead Generation: Prospect, identify, and secure new business through cold calling, networking, and presentations.

Customer Engagement: Build strong relationships and address inquiries.

Sales Cycle Management: Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.

Target Achievement: Meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.

Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met.

Market Awareness: Stay updated on trends, competitors, and product developments.

Qualifications:

Customer Focused: Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Sales Experience: Proven ability to generate and close new business.

Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with CRM tools is a plus.

Compensation:

Base salary with uncapped commission.

Bridge program based on experience for financial stability.
