Compensation Range: $125k+ total

• 5+ years Outside Sales experience in raw materials distribution, processing, or specialty metals strongly preferred.
• Drive new business development and account growth across a national customer base, targeting medical, aerospace & defense, power generation, industrial OEM, and advanced manufacturing markets.
• Experience selling stainless steel, nickel alloys, copper/brass, or other specialty metals and familiarity with ASTM/AMS specifications and mill test reports is highly valued..
• Must be a self-directed, relationship-driven sales professional comfortable owning a book of business, developing new accounts, traveling regularly, and being accountable for growth..
• Someone located in the Midwest would be a bonus.
