Leppo Rents — a leader in construction equipment sales, rentals, and service — is looking for a motivated Outside Sales Specialist to grow our presence across Ocala and the surrounding area. This is wide-open territory with serious upside for the right person.

What You'll Do

• Build relationships with local contractors and businesses, matching them with the right equipment


• Demo, deliver, and sell industry-leading equipment


• Grow your territory — manage accounts, develop new business, crush goals


• Stay sharp on industry trends, competitor pricing, and product knowledge


• Partner with our rental, service, and parts teams for a seamless customer experience

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years sales experience (equipment industry a plus)


• Self-starter, strong communicator


• Comfortable with CRM tools and Microsoft Office


• Clean driving record, willing to travel within territory


• Competitive, personable, ready to grow
