Job Description:

Local Expert Realty is hiring a results-driven Outside Sales Closer to handle warm leads and close deals across various real estate channels. This role is ideal for assertive, relationship-focused professionals from outside sales backgrounds who want to earn $90K–$200K+ annually—without cold calling or needing a real estate license to start.

What You'll Do:

• Conduct in-person meetings with pre-set, warm leads
• Build trust and guide sellers through the sales process
• Close deals for listings, off-market sales, and investor opportunities
• Handle lower-motivation prospects and follow structured sales workflows
• Collaborate across divisions under the Local Expert Realty umbrella
• Obtain a real estate license within the first 6–12 months (company-paid if you're a fit)

Compensation:

• $3,000/month base salary
• High commission structure
• First-year target: $90K+
  (Top earners reach $150K–$200K+)

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years in outside sales, closing roles, or high-touch industries
• Proven success in closing deals face-to-face
• Backgrounds that translate well: wireless sales, home security, mortgage, beer/beverage, pest control, etc.
• Strong communicator who is assertive, people-oriented, and persistent
• Patient with prospects, but driven to hit goals
• Familiarity with CRMs and sales tracking preferred

Additional Information:

• Location: Primarily field-based with remote CRM management
• Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday
• License: Not required to start. Will be required later (we’ll pay for it)
