Outside Sales Representative — Fredericksburg & Texas Hill Country

Role: Grow sales of countertops, tile, and wood flooring by developing relationships with custom homebuilders, remodelers, and interior designers throughout Fredericksburg and the surrounding Hill Country.

Primary job functions:

• Identify prospective clients and develop new business through regular outreach, in-person visits, and networking.

• Build and maintain relationships with builders, designers, and remodelers to generate repeat business.

• Meet with clients at their offices, jobsites, or showroom to understand project needs and assist with material selections.

• Prepare accurate estimates and proposals, follow up on quotes, and close sales.

• Communicate project scope, selections, and customer expectations to the operations team.

• Maintain an active sales pipeline and provide weekly updates on prospecting, proposals, and sales.

• Stay involved throughout projects to support customer satisfaction and identify additional sales opportunities.

Preferred background: Experience selling to custom builders or designers, ideally in countertops, flooring, cabinetry, or related building products. Established relationships in the Hill Country are a strong plus.
