What You’ll Do
- Conduct in-home consultations, listening closely to customer needs and providing tailored flooring recommendations
- Present a wide range of flooring options, balancing style, function, and budget
- Manage the customer journey from initial contact through final installation, ensuring a seamless and enjoyable experience
- Collaborate with our team while also managing your own sales pipeline independently
- Stay current on flooring products, design trends, and installation processes
Qualifications for Success:
Experience: 2+ years of in-home or outside sales experience (flooring knowledge is a must)
- Strong flooring knowledge and an understanding of materials, trends, and installation processes
- Detail-Oriented & Process-Driven: Ability to manage multiple client interactions seamlessly
- Exceptional Follow-Through: Ensure customers feel supported throughout the entire process
- Outstanding Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Ability to connect, advise, and influence purchasing decisions
- Able to Work Independently, Yet Collaboratively: Confident in managing your own sales pipeline while contributing to team goals
- Self-Motivated & Goal-Oriented: Thrive in a performance-driven environment
- Problem-Solving & Negotiation Skills: Address client concerns and ensure satisfaction
- Integrity & Professionalism: Maintain high ethical standards in all interactions
- Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using technology for scheduling, quoting, and communication
- Valid Driver’s License: Required for travel to customer locations
