Outside sales consultant

Tipton Motor Sales, LLC is seeking an enthusiastic Outside Sales Consultant to join our team in Brownsville, TX. In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining customer relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and promoting our vehicle inventory to meet and exceed sales targets.

Successful candidates will have excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and a drive to succeed in a fast-paced automotive sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to drive sales growth


• Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations of vehicles and services


• Generate leads and follow up on inbound inquiries


• Negotiate terms and close sales to achieve weekly and monthly targets


• Collaborate with the sales team and management to improve sales strategies


• Participate in community events and networking opportunities to promote the company brand

Requirements

• Proven experience in outside sales or a related customer-facing role preferred


• Strong interpersonal and communication skills


• Motivated and goal-oriented with a positive attitude


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team


• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation


• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends as needed
