What You'll Be Doing:

• Canvassing assigned residential areas, introducing homeowners to pest & termite protection plans

• Closing your own appointments (we train you on the pitch that works)

• Following up via CRM and hitting weekly sales targets

• Owning your pipeline with full autonomy and team backup

We’re Looking For:

• Sales or canvassing experience (solar, alarms, pest, roofing all translate well!)

• Clear communicator with a consultative, pressure-free style

• Competitive but collaborative—someone who pushes themselves and their team

• Reliable and self-driven—no micromanaging, just accountability
