Job Summary
We are looking for a trusted advisor for an established list of accounts in the Seattle to Everett area. This advisor needs to focus on our customers productivity, understand our customers businesses, and help facilitate success in their marketplace. Develop new customer relationships to create growth in our market. Promote continuous learning of electrical systems and products for the benefit of our advisor and our customers. We have a fabulous team of technical inside salespeople that support our advisors in the field.
Establishes, develops, and maintains superior working relationships with customers and prospective customers to grow profitable sales.
Introduces and demonstrates new products and schedules joint sales calls with vendors to educate customers on our product lines and secure mutual business.
Solicits new business opportunities on a routine basis for expansion of sales at existing and prospective customers.
Stay current on existing and emerging products and technologies.
Gathers market information to drive their customers success.
Addresses customer complaints promptly to ensure swift resolution and to promote positive customer relations.
Interacts with customers regarding MCC’s credit and collection policies to ensure prompt payment.
Exercises maximum degree of independent thought, discretion, and innovation in the pursuit of the customers’ objectives.
Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.

Job Qualifications
A valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
Three years of relevant sales and industry experience or equivalent combined education and on the job experience.
Pay Range and Description of Benefits:
Salary Range: $60,000 plus Commission, sliding scale based on Gross Profit, Commission 0% to 8% of Gross Profit on sales

Paid Vacation: 1 week after 1st year, 2 weeks after 2nd year, 3 weeks after 5th year
