We are seeking an energetic and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our roofing team in Pompano Beach, United States. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients in the roofing industry.

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory
• Conduct on-site visits to assess client needs and provide tailored roofing solutions
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients
• Negotiate contracts and close deals with customers
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and customer interactions using CRM software
• Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth project execution and customer satisfaction
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and product innovations
• Represent the company at trade shows and industry events
• Provide regular reports on sales performance and market insights to management

• Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the roofing industry
• Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets
• Strong knowledge of roofing materials, installation processes, and industry trends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software
• Advanced negotiation and closing skills
• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
• Roofing industry certifications are a plus
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
