Outside Sales Representative

Our client, Baird Foundation Repair, has been a trusted name in the Texas foundation and concrete repair industry for over 50 years, and they are seeking a Commercial Sales Specialist to join their dynamic team. 

Are you driven by success and the desire to make a real impact? As an Outside Sales Representative, you'll have the opportunity to achieve at a high level while guiding homeowners to safeguard their homes.

What Baird Foundation Repair Will Provide You: 

• Lucrative Earning Potential: 100% commission opportunity, with the ability to earn $80,000-$120,000 in your first year.

What You'll Do as an Outside Sales Representative: 

• Drive to pre-scheduled appointments through company-provided leads (NO COLD CALLING!)
• Perform in-home inspections, conduct detailed consultations, and offer customized solutions to meet homeowners’ needs.
• Aim to meet and surpass sales goals, while providing a remarkable customer experience. 
• Thrive in a competitive, yet team-oriented environment where high expectations are set, and everyone works together to achieve their goals.  

What We're Looking for in an Ideal Candidate: 

• A minimum of two years’ sales experience, OR a combination of education paired with experience. 
• A competitive nature to meet and exceed sales goals. 
• Solid communication skills. 
• A passion for providing top-notch customer service to our customers.
• The ability to do physically demanding activities (like crawling, kneeling, etc. while inspecting customers' homes). 
• A valid drivers' license with a good driving record.
