Job Description - Outside Sales Representative

 

Sales Focus Inc., the leader in Sales Outsourcing, is currently looking for outside sales representatives to become part of our team. Our client, Amazon, offers a secure delivery solution that allows drivers to enter buildings without staff assistance, reducing theft and loss of merchandise. The solution is promoted and implemented across the US, focusing on apartment complexes, condominiums, gated communities, and retirement/senior communities.

 

This is a B2B, 1099 Sales Position, targeting apartment complexes, condominiums, and businesses.  

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Growth and Client Acquisition: Identify and acquire new clients, such as property managers and owners of multi-family units, to increase the adoption of Amazon Key for Business. Develop and execute strategies to meet or exceed quarterly sales targets.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and support.
  • Needs Assessment and Solution Design: Collaborate with clients to understand their delivery and access control needs. Design tailored solutions that integrate Amazon Key for Business with their existing systems and processes.
  • Sales Cycle Management: Drive the end-to-end sales cycle from initial discovery through negotiation and installation of Amazon Key for Business solutions.
  • Cross-Selling and Upselling: Identify opportunities to expand Amazon Key's footprint through cross-selling and upselling within the client base.
  • Internal Collaboration: Work closely with Operations, Marketing, and Program Management teams to ensure seamless product installation, effective marketing strategies, and scalable solutions.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Use sales data to analyze performance, identify trends, and make informed business decisions to optimize sales strategies.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Sales Experience: Sales experience is preferred but not required
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Client Management: Ability to manage client relationships effectively.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret and analyze sales data.
  • CRM Experience: Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce
  • Travel Requirements:  Ability to travel and meet potential prospects.
