Job Description - Outside Sales Representative

Outside Sales Representative – Earn $100K+ at Garcia Roofing!

 

Join Garcia Roofing as an Outside Sales Representative, where you’ll assess roofs, generate estimates, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. This role starts at a $50,000 base salary plus commission, with the opportunity to earn $100K+ annually.

What You’ll Do

As the vital link between our high-quality roofing projects and satisfied customers, your daily responsibilities include:

  • Accurate Assessments: Inspect roofs and attics; safely climb and use ladders to evaluate damage and project requirements.
  • Precise Estimating: Measure roofing and repair projects to deliver accurate, competitive estimates using our CRM system.
  • Customer Engagement: Guide homeowners through every step—from initial consultation to project completion—ensuring a hassle-free, outstanding experience.
  • Follow-Up: Consistent follow-up with pending customers.
  • Data & Documentation: Maintain detailed records and communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to capture all project details.

What We’re Looking For

  • Safety & Skills: Must possess a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, be comfortable climbing roofs, and safely use ladders.
  • Excellent Communicators: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential for clear customer engagement and effective teamwork.
  • Organized & Detail-Oriented: Proven ability to analyze data accurately, manage time efficiently, and maintain meticulous records using Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
