At Ayers Basement Systems, we are looking for dedicated sales professionals who care deeply about building long-term relationships with customers, delivering the highest quality products, and exceeding expectations.

What will you do? You will visit customers in their homes (where you already excel), design systems to solve their home waterproofing, foundation, egress window, and/or concrete repair concerns/issues, and present them with a quote that same day. You’ll communicate with the customers throughout the inspection and ensure they have a remarkable WOW experience. But that’s not all. You’ll also be impacting homeowners’ lives by solving the most serious problems with one of their biggest investments. No specific experience is necessary. We will provide you with all the training and tools you need to expertly and confidently do your work.
