Outside Sales Representative

Are you a motivated sales professional with a passion for customer acquisition, driving revenue growth? 3D Cabinets by Design is seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to join our Coeur d'Alene team. In this role, you will actively connect with prospective customers, showcasing our custom cabinetry solutions and guiding them toward spaces they’ll love.

Responsibilities

• Promote and Sell: Present the unique features and benefits of 3D Cabinets by Design’s products to prospective customers.
• Build Relationships: Establish and maintain strong connections with local builders and clients to close sales and ensure satisfaction.
• Achieve Goals: Meet and exceed individual and team sales targets on a monthly and quarterly basis
• Track Performance: Document interactions and progress using CRM tools to measure success
• Market Research: Stay informed on industry trends, market opportunities, and competitive landscapes.

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years of experience in sales (product or service).
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and selling skills.
• Passion for understanding customer needs and delivering tailored solutions.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
