What You’ll Do

• Generate new business through door-to-door outreach, local networking, and referrals—primarily in the insurance restoration space.


• Educate homeowners about roofing solutions and guide them through the full sales process.


• Conduct roof inspections and prepare accurate estimates.


• Close deals and manage customer relationships from first contact through project completion.


• Collaborate with our production team to ensure an excellent customer experience.


• Represent Northline at local events and in the community.

Who You Are

• A confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.


• Competitive, self-driven, and goal-oriented—a natural closer.


• Sales experience in roofing, construction, or home improvement is a plus, but not required.


• Comfortable managing your time and working independently.


• Eager to learn—we provide full, hands-on training.


• Reliable transportation and a willingness to work in varying weather conditions.
